Silicone Toilet-Paper Holder
Said designer Josh Owen in a September 5, 2012 New York Times story, "The bathroom is such a wet environment, and most things are made of materials that are fighting the relationship with moisture. Silicone can live on in perpetuity in those challenging conditions."
"The knobs hide all the hardware, which cleans up the whole thing visually, and protects the screws from moisture," he said.
$19 (toilet paper included).

Methinks it would be troublesome to unroll the needed product with such a setup, not to mention the materials involved.
