How much caffeine is in that?
I can't speak for you but me, I'm always forgetting exactly how much of this legal and powerfully addictive drug is in stuff.
For people like us — assuming there are some readers who're OK with me standing in for them here — there's this.
Helpful Hint from joeeze to get the new year started right: if you're not sleeping as well as you'd like, stop all caffeine intake at 3 p.m.
Better: stop at noon — if you can stagger through the day and make it home safely on such a reduced ration.
