Mango Crèmes — Shiitake Mushroom-Flavored Girl Scout Cookies
Sounds like a bad acid trip, what? — wonder what they taste like.
The formidable Rusty Blazenhoff, grand panjandrum over at Laughing Squid, featured these there last week, writing "The Girl Scouts are now offering Mango Crèmes with Nutrifusion, a vanilla and coconut cookie combo filled with a mango crème 'enhanced with nutrients derived from fruits' and — as the ingredients note — shiitake mushrooms. Interestingly, there are no actual mangoes used to flavor Mango Crèmes."
