Giant Magnetic Doorstop

Photo

Can your doorstop do that?

Photo copy

Didn't think so.

Photo copy 2

I have about 10 of these giant (6.25" long x 3.5" wide x 2" high) doorstops scattered around the house, in every room with a door.

Some are bright yellow like in the pictures above and below and some are hot orange.

What took so long until some braingenius thought of adding a magnet to this already formidable piece of kit?

I don't know but I sure like it.

Guaranteed to be an appreciated gift for anyone you know — or I will refund every penny you paid for it.

That's the bookofjoeGuarantee®™© — since 2004 and until The Singularity finally puts paid to/makes meaningless drivel like this.

And you can quote me.

I'm surprised the metal bits aren't rubber coated; it looks like it would scratch the heck out of a nice floor (or washing machine) and not grip the floor.

Like Rob, I'm curious about how much your house has settled. Although it's a bit of a task, the doors can be rehung correctly. Then you'll only need the stops to keep a wind from blowing them shut.

has your house settled unevenly [so many doors shutting on their own]?
