Catme 13/Glass Effect 61 — bookfofjoe World Exclusive: Meet legendary chef Peter Chang (video through Google Glass)
Wednesday night, September 4, 2013, the maestro offered a limited-seating (100 places) BBQ + Ghost Pepper Dinner right here in my Podunk town of Charlottesville, Virginia.
The marquee attraction was a flight of five dishes, each of which employed the legendary Ghost Pepper.
Handmade noodles, fish, pork, beef, and smoked tofu entrees served to demonstrate the complexity and depth of flavor and aroma this elusive component of Chinese cuisine can bring to the table in the hands of a master.
A truly memorable experience.
Below, Fish with Ghost Pepper as placed on our table.

Fish with Ghost Pepper? That's a trick. I have some of those critters and I added about a gram to a liter of (otherwise, mild) gazpacho ingredients in my blender... Let's just say that it shortly became 3l of quite spicy gazpacho.
Looks like a fine, fine meal.
