Master chef Peter Chang visits with his adoring fans between courses at the BBQ + Ghost Pepper Special Dinner — video through Google Glass
In the foreground at the video's beginning, you can see the empty plate that once held Ghost Pepper Spareribs.
They were ethereal.
This ain't no Charlie Vergo's.
But I digress.
I got a ton of emai from readers after yesterday's Peter Chang feature in this time slot: long story short: "More Chang!"
Your wishes are my demands.
Wait a sec... that's not right.
Below, Fish Soup with Ghost Pepper.
The dumplings were as light as gossamer but packed a memorable punch.

I think your grand prize for BOJ (held yearly)would be:
Airfare to your domicile.
A stay at the BOJ hostel for 1-3 days.
Admission to another of Peter Chang's offerings.
A chauffeured drive in the Benz around the area.
And to hold and pet GC!!!!!!
(Don't drool Flautist, because I am drooling enough for the both of us ;-)

Let's see: call it 100 dishes using the Bhut Jolokia - Peter Chang may have used 10g of that Ghost Pepper for the whole shebang.
See my source:
For a fascinating history of this pepper.
