Perfect Poach™ Bags
From a website:
Perfectly poached eggs delivered straight to your plate!
These single-use non-stick biodegradable egg poaching bags take all the mess and frustration out of making this brunch favorite.
Simply place a poaching bag inside a small glass and crack an egg into it.
Then immerse it* into a saucepan of gently boiling water — the bag holds the egg in just the right shape while cooking.
Poach for 4-6 minutes, then drain and enjoy!
No oil or butter is required.
Ideal for poaching multiple eggs at a time.
*Immerse just the bag — not the glass.
20 BPA-free recyclable bags for $5.22 ("Eggs included; we'll choose for you.")

I've been doing this for years in just natural coffee filters, that can also be composted. they do stick a little but they look the same, and taste great with a little vinegar in the water.

If we use that glass which is not “a glass” do we get colored eggs?

Sorry, but that's the nastiest looking hollandaise I've ever seen.

Dear Perfect Poach Bag people:
I would like the strawberry and orange slice, too, please, in addition to the eggs.
Actually, just send me a big crate each of strawberries and oranges (Valencias or Navels - no, both) for $5.22 and you can keep the poaching bags & eggs & the Canadian bacon & the green plate & the paprika or whatever that red stuff is you've sprinkled on top there. I'm having a smart dinner party in a few days and these will be our fruits so step on it please. Thank you a whole lot.

I like the idea, but $0.261 per egg?
