Scratch Map of the World
From the website:
Track Your Travels
At a glance Scratch Map will tell the world where in the world you've been.
This elegant gold foil map of the world looks great on any wall or surface.
The fun part is with the swipe of a coin — just like a scratch ticket — you can see where you've been.
And there's more: Once you've scratched the surface, colors are revealed and little known facts about the geography of the area you visited are displayed.
This is a great way to document your travels.
It's interactive, informative, and keeps the memories of your journeys intact and in one place.
32.2" x 22.9".

I think this map is a great idea.
I would buy one other than the fact that I would only get to scratch off the USA.
Maybe I could scratch of Canada, but the one time I was there I was never more than 10 miles from the border.
Scratching off all of Canada for 10 miles would feel like cheating.

Also I have maps of the US, Canada, Europe, Africa, China and India where you can indicate the states, provinces and countries you have visited too if that is of interest.
