How to stay alive when driving while tired

I invented a trick that has come in handy at those times when I know I should pull over and nap or just stop for the day/night but stubbornly refuse, preferring to continue, stupidly determined to get where I'm going.

Many cars have memory settings for the driver's seat.

Mine has three.

I set up #1 and #2 such that both end up with the seat in a position suitable for driving yet require each of the three moving parts — bottom, back, and headrest — to take a position different from each other.

The change in head, neck, and body orientation, achieved by simply pressing one button, is sufficient to get my attention and force me to reorient myself.

I do it as often as necessary along with opening the windows, turning on the AC, and singing — you know the drill.

Wait a sec — what's that music I'm hearing?
