Sedona Chapel

1gfhh

Its full name is

222_the_holy_cross_2

the Chapel

333chapel

of the Holy Cross.

4444chapel

It was built

6uiohyn

in the mid–1950s but

5chapelsedonaazl

it took me until today

77444

to become aware of its

888holy_cross2

existence. A nice

9chapel

place to sit quietly for a

10entrance

while in Sedona, Arizona.

Comments

Desert varnish is a metal oxide coating on rocks that comes from organisms that produce metals as part of their respiration. If there is life on Mars it will probably be very similar to these "bugs". They are classified as archaebacteria.
