OXO Articulating Spout Watering Can
Why doesn't OXO turn its attention to computers and give us one we can use with ease and delight, the way we do their household products?
Just an idle thought.
But then, are there really any other kind?
Because to have a thought requires you not be doing something else which engages your six remaining functional neurons.
Speak for myself, you say?
Done.
OXO calls its new watering tool the "Good Grips Pour & Store Watering Can."
Among its features:
• The pour spout rotates 360° (above and below)
and allows you to turn it inwards against the can's body for ease of filling and storing
• Water levels in the translucent spout line up with the measurement markings on the body for easy measuring.
• Comes with a removable rose attachment for a finer, more delicate spray
• Rose stores in a built–in recess behind the can's fill hole
• The continuous handle has a textured rubber coating for a sure ("good" — see, that's where they got the name) grip
• Two sizes: an indoor 3–quart can which costs $14.99 and an outdoor two–gallon version for $24.99
• Comes in colors: green, yellow, orange, blue, charcoal, gray and white for the indoor version and all but the gray for the outdoor.
OXO'S website shows both versions but doesn't yet let you order the larger one.
Real soon now.
Note that you're gonna have to work a bit to get to the watering cans: I tried to put in direct links when I created this post an hour ago but they're already gone.
Such is virtual life — here today, gone today.
