Amy Sedaris on how to prepare for an out-of-town visitor

"A good trick is to fill your medicine cabinet with marbles. Nothing announces a nosy guest better than an avalanche of marbles hitting a porcelain sink."

I like it.

If anyone tries this, please let me know how it works out and I'll guarantee you instant fame here.

GREAT idea!! Haven't tried that one, yet. But I do think I like this book. Hospitality Under the Influence. I'll drink to that! =)) Happy Thanksgiving early! Eat lots and lots of turkey then stuff down that pumpkin pie. And after that lets all take a run on the treadmill. I'm up for it. Now lets see, oh ooooopsie, I just gotta get a treadmill first. I don't think the gym will be open, much to my happy glee. Guess the walk will have to do. Now if the knee will cooperate. Just rambling on and on. Worried about those marbles. Has anyone seen them?? heehee
