it's a ruler stop from lee valley... my favorite tool makers!
I was a cabinetmaker for several years when I lived in nyc and I was spoiled by the fact that my boss was obsessed w/ lee valley and had almost everything they make in his shop. Good tools take the fudge factor out of exacting work!
