There's no way on earth you could walk around with that with the wine glass furthest from your hand, the inbalance would tilt it and it would spill.
No, what you want for a really classy dinner party is to insist your guests drink straight from the bottle, that way they can hold the wine bottle between third, fourth and little fingers and clutch a plate with the remaining pincer.

That seems like a lot of mazuma for one (apparently; I don't see signs of it being a set) little tray. Kind of pointless, too. I mean, if cocktail party organizers would provide eaters with some sturdy styrofoam or plastic dinner-size plates (or hell, a big old bowl) instead of floppy, puny 5-inch diameter paper ones, party sufferers -- I mean attenders -- could put all their eating needs in one spot for a whole lot less than one of these trays.
