Hey you, up in Indianapolis, calm down — it's just root beer.

From websites:

    Virgil's Root Beer Keg

Think of Virgil's as a gourmet root beer.

We're what Ben and Jerry's is to ice cream, what Dom Perignon is to champagne.

Some root beers claim to be "cold-brewed."

This is merely another term for the filtering process that yields common soda.

Only Virgil's Microbrewed Root Beer is truly brewed.

Originally made in the north of England, Virgil's is a delicious root beer brewed with whole ingredients like anise, licorice, wintergreen and molasses.

Virgil's is now made by the master soft drink brewer Chris Reed in the USA.

Voted "Outstanding Beverage" at the International Fancy Food and Confection Show.

Virgil's has also been named "Best Beverage" by Bon Appétit magazine.

    • Vanilla (bourbon) from Madagascar

    • Sweet birch from the southern US

    • Pimento berry oil from Jamaica

    • Wintergreen from China

    • Nutmeg from Indonesia

    • Cinnamon from Ceylon

    • Clove from Indonesia

    • Molasses from the US

    • Balsam oil from Peru

Whatchu sayin?

I like all beverages. I love a good spicy ginger beer and when I go for Rootbeer, I love a nice mellow Sarsaparilla. Birch is alright, but not the same...little too biting for the flavor...Virgil's is good as a float because it needs a little more cream in there...
