I cannot think of a single reason that my toaster would need "bling." Nor a reason to spend $300 on TOAST. I'd rather spend the money on someone to make toast and bring it to me in bed.

The design of the toaster is stunning. Then they turned it into a tasteless, tacky, hunk of bling by sticking overpriced crystals on it. Man, I can't wait for the gaudiness trend to pass.
