1 Vermillion Fruit Heart (raspberry, lingonberry and red currant blended into a love triangle)

1 Tibetan Tiger Heart (tapestry of orange caramel with a hint of chai and chili spice)

1 Bee Power (organic grand cao, organic banana and bee pollen)

Hi Joe,

I've seen beautiful chocolates and the like a few times on your site, so I'm inferring that you have a bit of a sweet tooth. If you're ever up Vancouver way again, I strongly suggest you check out Mr. Thomas Haas, who has won awards throughout North America for his creations.

I see he doesn't even have his entire collection listed there. When I was last in he had a highly tempting balsamic honey caramel that called to me. Alas, I could only afford the gifts I was buying and a delectable hot chocolate for myself. Mmmm. I think I'll have to make another trip this weekend.

The fig-cognac and the passion fruit-lychee sound divine. What gorgeous looking truffles.

They look great but... really, $40 for some candy?
