It can be seen at the St. Lucia crocodile sanctuary in South Africa.
You could look it up.

I don't know... If you were to tilt the picture so that the "ground" is back to level, it could kind of look like a representation of a really bizarre routine at the (surrealist) Ice Follies. I'd go.
