Peek-A-Bye Credit Card Security Sleeve
Dunno about that name but I like the concept.
From the website:
- Peek-A-Bye™ Credit Card Security Sleeve
Ingenious plastic sleeve slips over your credit card to protect valuable information while allowing verification of required data.
Transparent rear panel shows cardholder's signature.
Works in all standard card readers.
Package of three.
More than three credit cards?
There's your problem.

Yeah, I do the same thing with a bit of cellotape and a fortune out of a fortune cookie. I've found it makes clerks sit up and take notice more often than a normal card and will actually flip the card over to see it says "Ask for ID", and the fortune cookie fortune makes it easier to peel the tape off if a clerk gets snarky about it (I used to use duct tape).
