'People reveal far more about themselves by listening than they could ever hope to do by talking' — Dr. Mardy Grothe
I'd never heard of the above-cited American psychologist and writer until my Missouri correspondent pointed my ignorant eyes in the direction of Dr. Grothe's website.
To say I love the quotation in this post's headline would be the height of understatement.
Plenty more where that came from.
