What a loss!!!!!!! I am a member of the Hawai'i State Society of Washington, D.C. (www.hawaiistatesociety.org) and the 'Ukulele Hui. One of our members is Raymond's half brother. We all loved hearing Raymond play slack key. I had the joy of receiving a Christmas card from Elodia after their visit to Wolf Trap in '96. Did you know that he was a 1987 honoree of the National Endowment for the Arts as a living treasure? Mahalo for posting this. I hadn't seen it yet.
