It looks to me like one of the kits that convert your pickup to a dump truck. You wouldn't catch me working anywhere NEAR a car with that thing proping it up.

I have a neighbor with a bad muffler that insists on idling outside of his house for 10 minutes before heading off to work. This would be a fun prank if it were $100 less.
