It's the mouth of "The Corpus" a 115' building in the form of a seated human (ish). The inside is constructed with fiberglass - modeled after the inside of the human body. I think it's located in Oegstgeest.

It's for people who can't get hold of a cup of that coffee that's been through a civet's bum. This, the lower grade version, makes you stand in a giant mouth while hot coffee is sprayed in past the teeth. It's probably a Starbucks thing.
