World's most anatomically correct shoes

"This shoe... and the Adidas sneaker... are trompe-l'oeil paintings applied directly to the feet. Nice as they look, you can't buy them."

Well done job Adidas !! Is it a painting on feet or a actual shoes?

Those shoes are obviously are painted on, but they sure look a lot like my FiveFingers shoes - or as I like to call 'em, my "monkey feets."

These things look as funky as the day is long, but they're almost like wearing no shoes at all but the sole is thick enough to protect against rocks & other sharp nasties and they actually do provide some arch support.
