How to find a power outlet in an airport

Wall2pre

"To those who said outlets aren't available in airports, where you do think the custodial staff plug in their cleaning machines? The sockets are either behind trash cans or under removable screw caps in the floor. Look around, you’ll find them."

Interesting tidbit - I've noticed (and I fly at least 1x per month) that many airports have installed funky looking power outlets that do not fit a standard 2- or 3-prong plug. On one hand, I understand but on the other, when I am stuck in Indianapolis for 8 hours they OWE me some power!

I usually find them next to someone sitting on the floor using a laptop.
