I noticed the same thing as Mary Sue, above.
Wonder if the same sort of thing is true of other sections? A large part seems to be publications that, if you knew how (I do not), could be found at some dotGOV site. And the "classics" at a project GUTENBERG site.
But even if so, at this price it is probably well worth it as a time saver. Searchable and browseable - wow!

Funny, that graphic looks like it's all books that are part of the Baen Free Library -> http://www.baen.com/library/
The unique bit about the Baen Free Library is that it's a book publisher offering up their content 100% free.
