Absinthe Gummi Bears

Asdfghjl

As best I can tell, the only place on the planet you can taste one [above] is at Tailor Restaurant in New York City.

"The bear is made from 85% absinthe and a touch of gelatin and sugar, just enough to keep the candy together before you eat it and the alcohol makes you fall apart," according to G. Xavier Robillard's June 2, 2008 urbandaddy.com story.

"Jigglers", not "wigglers" of course!! Duh!

That would be very easy to make yourself. They sell unflavored gelatin in the grocery store. It's just like making those "jigglers"- you use less liquid and it gets more solid. The only thing would be to find a gummy-bear mold, but I think one could find that at a craft store that sold cake-decorating/candy making supplies, or online.

Interesting concept though- and certainly one to keep away from the kids! Don't want to fry their brain cells before they've had a chance to use them!!
