Second that- a whisk for people with more money than they know what to do with. Or maybe a milk frother. Don't know why it has the rubber piece though. Maybe the little rubber bit is a surface-tension diffuser- as in, you use this item to gather up honey or some thick sauce, and the rubber piece helps it drizzle onto whatever you're pouring it onto?
