What, me worry?
The notice above appeared this past week at the end of an email from one of my Swedish fans.
My sense is that he put it there, and that the news is public but not posted routinely in outgoing email from Sweden.
Of course, I won't know for sure until I get another Swedish correspondent....

Sad to say, it is accurate. We passed the law June 18, 2008, It took effect January 1st, 2009. The Swedish Parliament, who passed the law has promised to make a number of addendii in order to strengthen the personal integrity of those not condemned of crime but none of those have been presented as of yet...
