this is a great idea.
and if you put that cap onto a 2 litre bottle and leave it filled, the water will act as a counterweight and you can now shoot steady-cam with the video mode of your camera.

Neat idea, though I am not sure about putting my DSLR on it though. Pity, another almost great idea.
