There are Popsicles — and there are Edy's

Who doesn't like Popsicles?

It's easy to forget how good they are as you get older and put away childish things, though there's no reason you should.

Anyhow, I started back in with Popsicles a couple years ago and last evening at the grocery store happened on Edy's iteration (above), an assortment of Grape/Cherry/Tropical.

Talk about the difference between regular and hi-def TV: that's the distance between the intense flavor of Edy's and the suddenly bland Popsicles.

I'm hooked.

Oh yeeaaaaah, yum yum yum! Have you tried Edy's Whole Fruit Bars Tangerine flavor? They are sooo good. Intense tangerine taste. The only place I'm ever able to find them is Publix and when I do I buy all of what they have, and that usually isn't much, because somebody gets wind of them before me and I get there too late. I want some right now this minute. Damn. Now I have to put my shoes back on and run over there.
