Looks like a Colorado dusting to me. The difference is our 'street keepers' can stay on top of it, unlike what I have seen on the news broadcasts.

It's like bread rising. How cool to watch like this but what a damn (begging your pardon Joe) nuisance to have to deal with. Don't envy anyone in the northeast the snow they've been getting since last night.
