Wow, I could elaborate on the restaurant menu video (even though all the videos are great), I will state:

I have designed many restaurant/tavern/inn/quick-food menus,

And everything he stated is TRUE!

When you go out to eat, try and stick to what "you are hungry for", not all the bull going on...
