Silence speaks volumes

That's how I'm choosing to interpret the fact that not one single person of the more than six billion on planet Earth has remarked on how much more pleasant it is to look at individual/permalinked posts here since last Friday night, when I removed the "Tired of yellow teeth?" and "Secrets of a flat belly" ads and their ilk from my pages.

You're welcome.

Never complain and never explain.

I used to come around like once a month - sometimes less. I now have you prominently featured as Tab Three in my Morning Coffee selection. You're welcome... ;)

I didn't notice that you had ads at any point, let alone that you removed said ads. I am grateful - that damned "Lose 1 kg of Belly Fat with a simple trick" follows me like a lost puppy.

They had become like background noise, noticed at first, but so annoying as to be filtered out by the brain, hence their absence not, at first, perceived. But really, thanks.

Even though I think I started this mess, I must say:

"Pshaw, my dear fellow, what do the public, the great unobservant public, who could hardly tell a weaver by his tooth or a compositor by his left thumb, care about the finer shades of analysis and deduction!"

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

LOL..."The great unobservant public"

Flautist Rule of People No. 1: Don't expect gratitude. The stronger the motivation to please, the more this applies.
