"Naunin"? I suppose you could look it up.

Wait, no you couldn't. Well, I couldn't.

That said, I'd like to add that a couple of beautifully poached eggs on corned beef hash contain lots of nomnomium, a substance which enhances and prolongs tastiness, and plenty more B5 (sorry, pantothenic acid) than an ear of corn -- probably; I'm too busy creating believable verbiage here and have no time for your fancy testing. However, I will admit that, in July, an ear of supersweet corn less than a couple hours off the stalk and steamed for five minutes does relieve a hell of a lot of stress.

Laughing raucously at lists like this helps keep me young. My top tip: Look up "20 super brain foods" for the extended version of this same list of foods that...wait for it..."enhance neuron firing and cross-linking in the brain."

I have to stop now. My sides hurt.

Um, "steer clear of the carbs and grab a pack of raisins"? Regardless of any beneficial contents, isn't pretty much the entire caloric content of raisins in carb form?
