It's the stained glass window comemorating the life of John Venn (hence the name) located at the dining hall of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University.

It's a representation of the inverted relationship between the two kinds of color - transmissive and reflective.

The reflective colors are cyan, magenta, and yellow - the transmissive colors are red, green, and blue.

And from this panel you can see that cyan + yellow = green ... etc.
