World Cup Star Crayons — by Diem Chau

11111111

She writes,

222222

"I was commissioned by Wieden + Kennedy to carve 66 crayons for this year's Nike World Cup press kits!

333333333

Only 11 kits went out [set of six crayons in each]... I have no idea who got them, but I'm so jealous!

44444444

This project was a welcomed challenge, I definitely pushed my physical limits. I had 18 days to make around 70 crayons!"

Back story on her blog.

From the top down: Didier Drogba in Copper; Robinho in Silver; Franck Ribery in Gold; Cristiano Ronaldo in White; Wayne Rooney in Timberwolf; Fabio Cannavaro in Antique Brass.
