"Check which famous author you write like with this statistical analysis tool, which analyzes your word choice and writing style and compares them with those of famous writers."

Guess who they came up with for me after parsing the sample up top, from one of my BehindTheMedspeak posts?

Answer here this time tomorrow.

The "I write like" works just as good as "How Many Justin Biebers Can You Fight?".

At least they don't try to sell you Justin Bieber CD's after completing the quiz.

Well, I also ran your excerpt through the "I Write Like" mill and it came up with EXACTLY who I predicted it would! Hunh. When I ran two paragraphs of my own blather through, I would have sworn it was going to spit out J. D. Salinger, but it said Kurt Vonnegut. Hah! Maybe when he was five years old.

Oliver Sachs would be my guess, and no - I did not retype the post (I might have gone back and copied, er - no I didn't I'm that lazy, too).

But I'm Cory Doctorow, or so it would seem.

Odd... For my individal blog posts, I'm getting recurring "Steven King" and "Stephanie Meyer" notices, but for my entire blog, altogether, I got "Margaret Atwood." I see no correlation.

Am I going to be the only one to actually type the above snippet into the field myself to find the answer? I bet not.
