As best I can tell with the limited resouces available here, this site is yet another attempt to create a cloud-based resource available to whomever you choose to share its contents with.

A useful feature: "Every three minutes your currently written text is saved to server. Never ever lose your notes by browser crash again."

Free, the way we like it.

I especially like this, from the Terms of Services: "You can accept the Terms by simply using the Services. You understand and agree that JustPaste.it will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards."

Interesting circular reasoning, in that by doing something you have implicitly agreed that you are bound by their rules even if you didn't know there were any rules.
