I take it all back - Information Is Beautiful doesn't mention it on THAT project page, but they "crowdsourced" an essentially-ungraphable spreadsheet of all of the Doctor's voyages:

Where's Doctor Who?!

Well, we know where he is, of course - he's all over the damn place, non-stop, with numerous unlabelled data-points. It'd take bloody forever to even make a rough sketch. But I think they still should have at least MENTIONED him on the process page...
