Neighborhood Fruit — "cos fruit from your 'hood is good!"

I won't argue.

"Neighborhood Fruit is here to help you find and share fruit locally: both backyard bounty and abundance on public lands."

"Currently, there are over 10,000 registered trees nationwide and more get added every day."

Got an iPhone?

"There's an app for that."

I love the comments section on the app, replete with irritated buyers complaining that there are no trees listed near where they live.

Jeez, it's 99 cents, not dollars — consider it a donation to the site to help them eventually find productive spots in your area.

I was looking for an application JUST like this... but for my Android phone. We have TONS of blackberries growing wild here in WA state, and it would be great to know where the good pickings are!
