Hey clifyt,

Go to Google and type in shoffenked.

You made the big time, no competitors, just your creation!!!!!

See, something good did come of the "Ibex Infraction"!

I am shocked and offended, shoffenked even. I cannot believe Joe would purposely post something as egregiousness as this mistake.

I for one will not be back to this site. Unless I am.

Well, it's nice to know I was one of the first to be involved in a BOJ conspiracy ;-)

I normally am fastidious about the facts being right, but in my Port induced grandeur

I pushed the send button prematurely.

Attention NaJaKwa, lay off the grandstanding and don't put so much emphasis on a locational mistake. Joe works hard to ensure that things are correct, and in all the time we've come here, this is the first mistake we ever noticed.

There are needlepoint belts involved, you know!

No, don't own one and wasn't willing to shell out 110 + to own one, however, not the point! :)

I say make your mistakes with gusto!
My flute teacher always used to tell me, "Play with confidence and goof up with confidence - just don't do that one again. If you're no good, you want everyone to know!"

Oops, beat to the punch. Ibex is Capra ibex and the alpine Ibex in Northern Europe owes its existence to King Emmanuel II of Italy who preserved them from hunters (yep, another hard-to-hunt, four-footed aphrodisiac). See the source here: http://bit.ly/acF9As

They lick dams for salts.

I've encountered these small goats while climbing in Chamonix - specifically, while climbing the Petite Aiguille du Dru. http://bit.ly/9VcpgJ

That is not the Buffalo Bill Dam. It is a dam in Italy and those are ibexes.

Here is a link to a post with the real information:

Here is a link to a photo of the actual face of the Buffalo Bill damn:

Let's investigate before we post things that came from forwards!
