iTunes podcasts are a treasure trove. Their iTunes U is an even more incredible resource - several whole video courses (Harvard law & ethics) and hundreds of audio lectures by some of the most engaging and informative profs out there - all free...

But, iTunes is not the sole source of podcasts, nor does it cover even a small fraction of what's available. Try searching for podcast + topic and check your favorite sites - like Book of Joe (hint) for podcasts specific to the site.
