Washable Tuxedo
What took so long?
From Cintas Corp. comes this new garment (above and below), so cool it won the Editors' Choice Award for "Green Guest Amenities" at last year's International Hotel, Motel + Restaurant Show.
You could look it up.
"The single-breasted tuxedos for men and women are partially composed of recycled polyester fibers woven from recycled plastic soda bottles and are machine-washable."
Can you do that with your tux?
Didn't think so.
More: "In addition to its environmental profile, the tuxedo incorporates modern styling and a sleek look, Cintas says. Both the men’s and women’s collections feature fully lined jackets with two-button closures, upper-left-chest welt pockets and center back vents. The pants include built-in waist extenders hidden in the waistbands, flat-front styling and front quarter pockets."
