Ceramic Ginger Grater

"With rows of sharp teeth, this durable grater effortlessly shreds fresh ginger root while leaving unwanted fibers behind. The ceramic surface is impervious to acids and oils and won't transfer flavors. A silicone ring on the base prevents slipping."

Trick to using this: put a sheet of plastic cling film over the entire grater and press down covering the entire well with the plastic wrap. Grate away and simply lift the plastic and freshly grated ginger from the grater (there will be holes in the plastic and ginger juice will drip) and place in work bowl. Just rinse the grater and you are good to go.
