LED Magnetic Pick-Up Device — Episode 2: Longer and cheaper

1

Three years ago I featured an LED flashlight with an integrated in-lens magnetic pick-up tool.

I loved the weirdness of the mash-up (below), which cost $20.

Now comes a new iteration of the concept (top and below), offering several enhancements.

The lighted mechanical pick-up is the perfect rescue tool for installers, hobbyists, mechanics and more.

Use it to retrieve bolts, wires and other small objects from hard-to-reach places while its lighted tip perfectly illuminates your target.

It has a flexible shaft that can bend and reach through and around objects.

Requires 3 LR41 batteries (included).

• Flexible arm reaches up to 32"

• Total length 36.5"
