Spice Skulls
A 2009-2010 work by Helen Altman, in the collection of the Museum of Arts and Design in New York.
Each skull: 6.5" x 5.5" x 7" (16.5 x 14 x 17.8 cm).
Each of the 42 skulls is made from a different spice or grain.
Above and below, from the top down, Millet, Lemon Grass,
and Black Sesame Seed.
