Burberry See-Through Rain Cape

That's different — at least, from Burberry's usual fare.

From the website:

• Round neck

• Storm flaps

• Bow at front

• Side slits for arms

• Transparent polyurethane

• Black patent leather trim

• Snap fastenings through front

And, if you visit the vintage clothing store, you could find a Burberry-lapeled product to obtain an original Burberry label to "transplant" into your knockoff....not that I'm advocating such behavior.

Oh, alright - Kroger used to have the plastic rain ponchos (well, vinyl) for 3 bucks - I know, 'cause I had to buy one once - in the household odds 'n ends dept., and you'll need a chisel-tip Sharpie, a two-pack of which will probably run you about 3.50, available in their pens/school supplies dept. Okay, let's say 7 big ones, but you've still saved $1288. :p

How much did you say that Sharpie cost? And can I pick one up at the Dollar Store along with the poncho?

Or you could get a clear plastic snap-front rain poncho at the Dollar Store and a black Sharpie.
