This would be kind of cool if there was a giant line of these desks. But the fact that they are $10k means its more likely you will just see one all by it self, and that is not as cool.

So for $10,000 you can buy a desk that just about guarantees bad posture?
This posted by a guy that understands enough of the function of the human body to have a treadmill desk....
Therefore, my only conclusion can be that you posted this for us to ridicule:
