Blast from the past: "I'll Feel A Whole Lot Better" — The Byrds (May 11, 1965)

Full disclosure: Though I don't remember it, more likely than not I watched the day it was first televised on NBC's "Hullabaloo."

From YouTube: "The band's second time ever on TV, this performance is the original recorded backing track with live vocals."

"Note how David Crosby is "Pre-cape" and Chris Hillman had yet to fully straighten out his hair."

I saw the Byrds in 1965 or 66, can't remember exactly, (at the now demolished) Lakeside Amusement Park in Denver. It was a great concert! Remember dancing up a storm but sure didn't look like that. Thank goodness. Thanks for the memories.
